Pranjalshri Hospital is over here in Saharsa, specifically in Naya Bazar, Ward Number 2. If you know where Ram Bahadur Sharma’s place is near the airport, then you know exactly where we are located. It’s a busy part of town and we spend most of our days just dealing with whatever comes through the door. The hospital isn't some fancy glass building you’d see in a big city, but it's where we work every day. People from all over Saharsa come by because we’re right here in the neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the staff knows most of the faces that walk in. It gets noisy sometimes with the airport nearby, but we’re used to it. The place stays pretty full and there's always something to do, whether it's paperwork or helping someone get settled. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us here at Naya Bazar trying to keep things moving. We see a lot of families come in, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area. We try to keep the floors clean and the lights on, which is a full-time job in itself. Saharsa is home for us, and being part of the Nagar Parishad community means we see our neighbors every single day. It’s just a regular local spot where people go when they aren’t feeling well.
