Kapil Food Mart

You can find Kapil Food Mart right in front of the SBI in Bhimnagar. It’s a very handy spot for people who are coming to use the bank. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s just a regular food mart where we sell all the things people need for their homes every day. We aren't a giant supermarket chain. It is a local store run by local people. We know most of the customers who walk through the door by their first names. We spend our time stocking the shelves and talking to anyone who stops by. It gets really busy in the mornings and then again in the evenings. We don't have a big corporate office tucked away somewhere else. Everything happens right here in Bhimnagar. We deal with the suppliers ourselves and try to keep the shelves as full as we can. Sometimes things go out of stock, and we just tell people to come back in a few days when the truck arrives. It is not a polished or perfect shopping experience. It is just a local mart. We have a few staff members who help out with the bags and the counter. We are all from this area. We talk about the local gossip or the rain while we work. It’s a simple life. We don't use fancy words to describe what we are. We just sell food and household things. The location is great because everyone passes by eventually.
