JAY SAVITRI INFRASTRUCTURE LLP is based in a village called Dumra Tola. This is in the Lagma area of Sonbarsa block. It is quite a rural spot compared to the big cities. The business is run by the son of Govind Yadav. Being in a village means the pace is a bit different. We work on infrastructure projects, which out here usually means things like local roads or small community buildings. We don't have a high-rise office. Our base is just a regular house in the village. It is quiet here, mostly just the sounds of the farm animals and the occasional tractor. We know everyone in Dumra Tola and the surrounding parts of Sonbarsa. When we have a project, we hire local people to help out. It is a very direct way of working. We don't have fancy computer systems or a lot of paperwork. Mostly, we talk face to face. If there is a problem, we fix it right there. The roads to get out here can be bumpy and the dust gets everywhere, but that is just how it is in this part of Bihar. We are proud to be from this village and to do our work here. We don't try to act like we are from a big city. We just do the work that is needed for the local area. It is a plain and simple life, and that is how we like it, doing our part for the community.
