Aditya Traders

If you know Gandoul Chowk then you know where we are. We are right on the main road and it is always noisy with the buses and the motorbikes going by. I have spent more time at this shop than I have at my own house lately. The dust from the road covers everything so we spend a lot of time just wiping things down. Aditya is my son's name and that is why we called it this. He helps out when he is not at school but mostly it is just me and one other guy. We sell things that people need for building and fixing stuff. It is a small place but we pack a lot into it. People stop by on their way home and sometimes they just want to chat for a bit. The chowk is a busy place and there is always something happening outside. Sometimes there is a breakdown or a small accident and everyone goes out to look. We do not have any fancy displays or lights. Just the basics. Some days the electricity goes out and we just sit in the dark for a while. It is part of living here. We do not worry too much about it. As long as we can keep the business going and help the people who come in, we are happy enough. It is a lot of work but it is what we know. We have been here for years.
