Uthisthha Bharta Foundation

Our office for Uthisthha Bharta Foundation is at 41, Shiv Vihar in Saharanpur. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which suits us just fine. We don’t need the hustle of a main market to do our work. The building is an older one, but it is solid and keeps us cool enough in the summer. We spend our days going through applications and planning out how we can help out locally. Saharanpur is a nice place to be based, and Shiv Vihar has a good feel to it. Our office is basically just two rooms with some basic furniture. We try to keep things tidy, but there is always a stray pile of folders somewhere. We do not have a big budget for fancy things, so we make do with what we have. Most of the people who work here live close by, so we walk or bike to the office. It is a very local operation. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. If people know about us, it is usually because someone told them we were here at number 41. We handle the foundation's business as it comes, trying to be fair and helpful to everyone who reaches out. It is a slow and steady process, and we are okay with that. There is no rush to be the biggest, just a desire to be useful right here in our own town.
