Tabeer Theatre For All Foundation

You can find us at number 71 in Palam City, right off Rampur Road. Tabeer Theatre For All Foundation is basically what the name says. We are into theatre and getting people involved, but we aren’t some high-brow arts group. We just like the stage and what it does for the neighborhood. Our space on Rampur Road is where we do most of our thinking and planning. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise and movement outside, which we kind of like. It keeps us energized. We don’t have a massive theater building or anything fancy like that. It’s more of a home base for our projects. We spend a lot of time just talking about plays and how to get more folks interested. Sometimes we’re painting props or just sitting around with coffee trying to figure out the next rehearsal schedule. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but that’s just how theatre life goes. We aren't professionals at running a big business; we’re just people who care about this stuff. Palam City is a good spot for us because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We aren't here to give speeches about the power of art or anything. We just want to put on shows and help people find a place to express themselves. It’s hard work and it isn’t always pretty, but it’s what we do. We just keep at it and hope for the best.
