Sidhbali Builders is tucked away at 2/31 Shardhapuri, Phase-1, in Kanker Khera. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the center of the city. We are a small building company. We don’t have a massive marketing budget or a team of salespeople. It is mostly just us handling the day-to-day construction tasks. We take on various building jobs around the area, mostly residential stuff where people are looking to put up a house or fix something up. Working in Kanker Khera means we know the local suppliers and the guys who do the masonry and electrical work. We try to keep things honest. If a job is going to take three weeks, we say it’ll take three weeks, though sometimes the weather or a late truck makes it four. That’s just the reality of building things. Our office at Shardhapuri is where we keep the blueprints and the tools. It’s a practical space. We don’t go in for fancy decor. We’d rather spend the money on better materials for the sites. People around here usually find us by word of mouth. Someone’s cousin had a wall built or a roof fixed, and they mention our name. It’s a slow and steady way to work, but it suits us just fine. We aren't looking to change the world, just to build some solid structures for people in our neighborhood. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordination, but we like seeing a project come together from nothing.
