Shubha Cooking & Baking Centre

Shubha Cooking & Baking Centre is located near Khemkha Sadan Mission in Saharanpur. It’s a bit different from the other places around here because of the smells. Since we do cooking and baking, there is usually the scent of something in the oven or spices being mixed. The 247001 area is where we have our kitchen and classroom set up. It’s not a massive professional kitchen; it’s more like a large home kitchen where everyone can gather around the table. We have a few ovens, some mixing bowls, and a lot of flour bags stored in the corner. The Saharanpur heat can make the kitchen very warm, so we have to keep the fans going all the time. Our place is near the Mission, so it’s easy for people to give directions. We don't have a polished marketing plan or anything like that. People just hear about us and come to learn how to bake a cake or cook a proper meal. The tables are a bit scratched from years of use, and the floor has a few stains that won't come out. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. We spend our time cleaning up spills and teaching people how to measure ingredients. It’s just a small, local spot where we enjoy what we do without any fuss. It’s our way of making a living in this city.
