SHOBHIT HOUSING CONSULTANT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

I run Shobhit Housing Consultant (OPC) Private Limited from my home office at H.No. 2867, Brij Kala Bhawan. It’s in the Bhagat Singh Colony in Saharanpur. Since it’s a one-person company, I handle pretty much everything myself. The office is just a part of the house where I keep my desk and all the housing documents. It is a quiet neighborhood, mostly residential, which is nice for focusing on work. People from around Saharanpur come by when they need help with housing matters or property consulting. I’ve lived in the 247001 area for a long time, so I know the streets and the buildings quite well. My setup isn't fancy at all. There are books and papers everywhere, and usually a pot of tea nearby. I don't have a big staff or a shiny storefront. When someone calls, they talk directly to me. I spend my days visiting sites and checking on progress for different housing projects. It’s a lot of manual work, and the paperwork can be a headache sometimes. I just take things as they come. Being in Bhagat Singh Colony means I am close to the people I help. I don't use marketing slogans or try to sound bigger than I am. It’s just a local consultancy helping neighbors with their homes. That is all there is to it, really. Running things from a house feels more personal. I like it this way.
