SHASHIKANT & SK NIDHI LIMITED is based in Saharanpur, specifically in the Behadi area of Ghu Ghu Must. We operate out of Brajesh Kumar’s place. It’s a very local operation, far from the big city center. Most people around here know Brajesh and know where we are. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a difference for the people in our village and the surrounding area. We handle things like mutual benefit schemes where neighbors help neighbors. It’s an old way of doing things that still works well today. We don't have a website or a bunch of advertisements. People just hear about us through word of mouth. Someone tells their cousin, and then their cousin comes to see us. That is how we’ve grown. It’s honest and slow. We spend a lot of time just talking to people about their lives before we even get to the money stuff. That’s the benefit of being in a place like Ghu Ghu Must. You can’t just be a business; you have to be part of the community. Sometimes the weather makes it hard for people to reach us, but we stay open as much as we can. We keep our records by hand mostly, and it works for us. It’s just a simple, local life here in Saharanpur, and we like it that way.
