Saleem Exoprts is located right in the middle of Nakhasa Bazar. Our address is H. No. 13/204 Shahvilayat. If you know the bazar area, you know it’s never really quiet. There are people selling everything under the sun and the air smells like spices and old wood. We work out of an old house that's been converted. It’s got thick walls but you can still hear the shouting from the market outside. We do a lot of small-scale stuff here. Mostly hand-made items that we send out to other places. It’s very crowded inside. We have wooden shelves reaching all the way up to the ceiling. Sometimes we have to climb an old ladder just to find a sample from last year. We’ve been here long enough that everyone in the lane knows the name Saleem. We don't have a website or any of that modern stuff. People just come to the door or call us on the landline. The street is so narrow that trucks can't come all the way to the house. We have to use small carts to move the goods out to the main road. It takes a lot of time and effort. But in Nakhasa Bazar, everything takes time. You can't really rush things here. We have a few older workers who have been doing this for decades. They are a bit slow now but they never make mistakes. We appreciate that kind of experience. It’s a steady, slow rhythm every day. No big changes here, just the same work.
