We’re set up at Plot No. 42-44 in the Sriram Vatika Industrial Area, right across from Regency Garden on Delhi Road. It’s a decent location, though the traffic on Delhi Road can be a real headache during rush hour when everyone is trying to get home. At Saharanpur Testing Instrument pvt. Ltd., we spend our days surrounded by various gauges and tools. It’s a bit of a niche, I suppose, but it keeps us busy. The workshop isn't exactly a laboratory with white coats; it’s more of a practical space where things get measured and checked. We have a lot of shelves filled with components that probably look like junk to someone walking in off the street, but we know where everything is. Mostly. My desk is usually buried under spec sheets and half-finished notes from the morning. We take our time with the instruments because that’s what the job requires. It’s not about rushing through to get to the next thing. Sometimes the air is thick with the smell of metal and oil, which is something you just get used to after a week or two. We don't spend much on decorating or fancy signs because we’d rather spend that on better tools. People find us because they need what we make. It’s a small team, and we’ve all been through the ups and downs of the business together over the years. It works for us.
