Paris Garments

Paris Garments is tucked away in Jatav Nagar, not too far from the Miglani building here in Saharanpur. It’s a local spot where we sell all sorts of clothes for the family. The area is usually pretty busy with bikes and people moving around. We don't have a huge storefront, but we manage to fit quite a lot of stock inside. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when there are more than four or five customers at once. Our time is spent checking the new arrivals and making sure everything is hung up properly. It’s a basic operation. We aren't trying to be some big city boutique. Most of the people who come in are neighbors or folks who live a few streets over. We know what they like, so we try to keep those styles in stock. The floor is just simple tile, and we have some old wooden counters that have been here since we started. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. Saharanpur is a good place to do business because people appreciate a straightforward shop. We open early and stay open until late, especially during the festival seasons. Sometimes we share tea with the shopkeepers next door when it’s slow. That’s just the way it is at our place in Jatav Nagar. It is a simple life and we like it here. People often stop by just for a chat.
