M. R. Pal & Company

We are located on Nawada Road, right in Ankit Vihar. M. R. Pal & Company has been around this area for a good while. It’s a family-run thing, started by my uncle years ago. We handle a lot of the local paperwork and business needs for the people living around here. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks, a few old filing cabinets, and a computer that’s seen better days. But it works for what we need. Nawada Road is always busy with scooters and cars, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside our window. We spend our days answering the phone and talking to folks who walk in off the street. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs doing, whoever is free just does it. We don't use any fancy management software or anything like that; we mostly rely on our notebooks and our memories. It’s a very personal way of doing business. We know the families around Ankit Vihar and they know us. Sometimes we spend more time talking about the local news than we do about work. It’s just how things are in a small place like this. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to keep the doors open and provide for our families while helping out our neighbors when we can.
