We’re located at F-21 in the Industrial Estate on Delhi Road. Mermaid Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while. The industrial estate is a busy place, full of different businesses all doing their own thing. You can hear machines humming and trucks idling most of the day. Our unit is basically a large room divided into different sections. We have a small corner for the paperwork and the rest is for the actual work. It’s not the prettiest place, but it’s functional. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, so we just keep the fans going in the summer. It’s a small team here. We all know each other’s families and what’s going on in our lives. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just learned the job from each other as we went along. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with it. Delhi Road is always busy, so getting in and out of the estate can take a minute. We’re used to the pace of this area. We just come in, get the tasks done, and head home. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for Mermaid Pharmaceuticals so far. No need for anything more. We just want to keep things running smooth.
