Chaudhary Wood Handicrafts

Chaudhary Wood Handicrafts is located near the GNG Mall. We are also close to the Paramount Tulip and the Durga Mandir. It’s a nice area to be in. We work with wood all day. It’s a lot of sawing and sanding and finishing things. The smell of sawdust is pretty much always in the air here. We make various items by hand. It takes a lot of patience and time. We don't use big machines for everything. A lot of it is just manual work with traditional tools. Our shop is filled with pieces we are working on. Some are almost finished and others are just starting out as blocks of wood. We have been doing this for a long time. People come to us when they want something made of wood that isn't just factory-made. We don't have a fancy showroom. You just walk in and see us working. It can be a bit dusty, but that’s just how it is with woodworking. The Durga Mandir is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We get a fair amount of people walking by because of the mall nearby. We just keep our heads down and focus on the wood. It’s honest work and we enjoy seeing a finished product after all the effort. We like the way wood feels and how every piece is a little bit different from the last.
