Jan Seva Kendra

Jan Seva Kendra is located right on the Sarsawa Main Road in Saharanpur. We are very close to the Sarsawa Bus Stand, which makes it easy for people coming from other villages to find us. Deepak Medical Store is also right nearby, which is a good landmark. We help people with their paperwork and online forms. A lot of folks around here don’t have computers or internet, so they come to us. We have a few computers and a printer set up in the shop. It gets very crowded on market days when everyone is in town. We try to help everyone as fast as we can, but sometimes the internet is slow or the government websites don't work. We just tell people to have a seat and wait a bit. It is a service for the public, hence the name. We aren't here to get rich, just to provide a necessary service for the Sarsawa community. The noise from the bus stand is something we’ve grown used to over the years. We know most of the people who walk past our door. It is a busy life, but it feels good to help someone get their documents sorted. We stay open as long as there are people waiting. It’s a simple shop with a lot of activity every day. We are just local people helping our neighbors with the tricky digital stuff they need to do.
