Goyal Namkeen Udyog

Goyal Namkeen Udyog is situated at No. 13/97 on Railway Road in the Mamu Bhanja area. Being so close to the railway station means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. It’s a very active and sometimes chaotic part of town. We make different kinds of namkeen and snacks right here on the premises. The smell of the oil and the spices usually fills the air around our shop all day long. It’s a family-run place, and we’ve been doing this for quite some time now. We don't have a big corporate structure or a fancy office. It’s mostly just us working in the kitchen and standing at the counter. The summers get really hot because of the big stoves, but we’ve gotten used to the heat over the years. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass cases. Most people just come in, grab what they need, and head back to the train station or their homes. We try to keep the quality consistent, but since everything is handmade, things can vary a little bit from batch to batch. That’s just the nature of small-scale snack making. We don't spend money on big advertisements or flashy signs. Most of our business comes from the people walking by on Railway Road. Sometimes the packaging isn't perfectly straight or the labels are a bit tilted, but the food is what really matters. We’re just a small udyog trying to stay busy and provide something good.
