Shiva Splints

Shiva Splints is over on G.T. Road, right by the Sarai Maliyan area. We have been in this same spot for quite some time, and people around here know us pretty well. What we do is make splints and various supports for people who have hurt their arms or legs. It’s fairly quiet work compared to the bigger factories you see along the road. We spend our days measuring materials and cutting things to size. It’s a small operation with just a few of us in the workshop. We don’t have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It’s mostly just a room full of materials and a few workbenches. The address says Sarai Maliyan twice because that’s the main landmark people use to find us. The road outside is always loud with big trucks going past, but inside it’s usually just the sound of us working. We don't bother with any advertising. Mostly, we get people coming in because a doctor or a local clinic told them to see us. We try to keep enough of the common sizes on the shelf so nobody has to wait too long for what they need. The floors are a bit dusty and the place could use some tidying up, but the stuff we make is good. We use simple tools and do a lot of the finishing by hand. It’s just a practical, local business that helps people get back on their feet after an injury.
