Deepika Physiotherapy Clinic

Deepika Physiotherapy Clinic is located on Circuit House Road, right opposite Sahib Ji Nagar. It’s an easy place to find if you’re driving along that stretch of road. We set this place up because we noticed a lot of people in the area needed a spot for their exercises and recovery. The clinic is mostly just a few beds and some equipment for stretching and strengthening. It isn’t a high-tech gym, just a practical space for therapy. We see people with back pain, sports injuries, or those recovering from accidents. The atmosphere is pretty quiet compared to the main road outside. We don't have a big team, so it’s usually just one or two of us working with the patients. We don’t go for anything fancy; we just use what works for the body. Sometimes the sessions run a bit long, and the schedule gets shifted, but we try to be flexible with our timing. Most of the people who come here are from the nearby residential areas. We’ve gotten to know a lot of them over the months. It’s good to see someone who was struggling to walk finally start moving better. We don’t have any big missions or goals other than helping whoever walks in. It’s a small, honest operation on a busy road. We just do the work and help people get better. Even on the hot afternoons, we’re here with the fan on, working through the routines with our patients.
