Buildwells Design Studio

Buildwells Design Studio is located on the Main Road in Saharanpur, specifically in the J.J Puram Colony. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Circuit House and right near the ITC loading gate. That gate is a big landmark because of all the trucks and activity always happening there. Our studio is where we sit and work on building designs and interior layouts. It’s a bit noisy outside because of the main road, but inside we try to keep it focused. We have a few computers for the 3D work and a large table for spreading out the big paper plans. Saharanpur has some beautiful old buildings, and we try to bring some of that sensibility into our newer designs, though mostly we just do what the client asks for. The space is filled with samples of materials like tiles and wood finishes that people can touch and look at. It’s not a high-end showroom; it’s more like a workshop where things are being figured out. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we are constantly cleaning off the desks. We work long hours when a deadline is close, and you can usually see the lights on late into the evening. It’s a busy spot, and being near the ITC gate means there is always someone moving around nearby, even at night.
