Our office is at Peransacia House-8, right across from Chandiwali Studio in Andheri East. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai. We work with medical equipment and stuff like that. It’s a serious business, so we keep things very organized. We aren't doctors, but we provide the tools they need to do their jobs. The building is easy to find because of the studio nearby. We’ve been here for years. Most of our work involves talking to hospitals and clinics. We have a lot of boxes coming in and out all the time. It’s not a showroom where you just walk in to look at things. It’s more of a distribution hub. We have a small team that handles the orders and the technical side of things. Sometimes the traffic in Andheri makes it hard for deliveries to arrive on time, but we manage. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly just shelves, boxes, and desks. We focus on getting the medical supplies where they need to go without any delay. People in the industry know us by name. We don't spend time on social media or big advertisements. We just stick to the daily work. It’s a long day usually, starting early and ending late. We just try to keep things moving smoothly for our clients and the hospitals we help. It's important stuff.
