If you walk over to the Clock Tower on Bhagat Singh Marg, you will find us right there among the other shops. Our space is usually a mess of wires, old motors, and toolboxes. We do repairs on all sorts of electrical items and sell some parts too. It is a greasy job and our hands are rarely clean. Being near the Clock Tower means there is always a crowd outside and plenty of noise. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. People just bring their broken fans or mixers and leave them on the counter with a note. We work through the pile as fast as we can, but some things take longer to fix than others. The shelves are packed with switches and bulbs that we have collected over the years. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when we are soldering something. We have been at this location for a long time and the shop looks it. The floor is concrete and the walls could use a coat of paint, but that doesn't affect how we work. We just take things apart, find the problem, and put them back together. Most of our day is spent hunched over a workbench with a screwdriver in hand. It is just what we do and it has been that way for years. People know us by name now.
