Our place is tucked away in Lane 15 off Mandi Road. Sabri Bagh is a crowded neighborhood, so finding 11B/2903 can take a minute if you aren't familiar with the turns and alleys. It’s a busy area with a lot of trading going on all around us every morning. We deal with international trade things, which means a lot of paperwork and tracking containers on the computer. The office is usually a bit of a mess with folders and printouts scattered on the desks. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just a regular door like everyone else on the lane. It’s noisy outside with the bikes and carts passing through the narrow streets all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people about shipping dates and logistics. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out while drinking some tea together. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking invoices. We’ve been based in Sabri Bagh for some time and know the other shop owners nearby pretty well. It’s a practical location for being in the middle of the market action. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just focus on making sure the goods get where they need to go on time. Every day is a bit different depending on what’s coming in or going out.
