Agarwal Diagnostic Centre & Hospital is situated right in Katra Bazar. If you know the Katra Bazar area, you know it’s always active and full of people. We’ve set up our facility here to be close to where everyone shops and works. We do various tests and have hospital beds for people who need to stay over. It’s not a massive corporate building, just a local hospital trying to serve the community in Katra Bazar. We have different departments for blood tests, X-rays, and general checkups. Sometimes the halls are a bit narrow because we had to fit everything into the space we have in this old market area. It works for us and the people who live nearby. It can be noisy outside because of the market stalls, but we try to keep the patient rooms as quiet as possible. We don't use any complicated systems for appointments, mostly people just show up or call ahead. The staff lives locally too, so there is a lot of familiar faces around. We see a lot of families who have been coming to this diagnostic centre for years. It’s a basic, functional place that gets the job done. Katra Bazar is our home and we just keep doing our daily rounds here. Nothing too complicated about it, just a hospital in the middle of the market.
