We are over in Sagar, specifically in the Champabhag area. If you know the New Colony in Laxmipura, we are right there near the big mango tree. It is a quiet spot, really. The office is at Chandresh Kumar’s place. We mostly spend our time dealing with construction projects and giving consultancy advice to people who want to build something. It isn't a very large operation, just a few of us working on drawings and site plans. Sometimes the traffic around Laxmipura gets a bit much during the day, but usually, it is okay. We have been working from this part of Madhya Pradesh for some time now. People usually find us by looking for that mango tree landmark because the house numbers can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we keep our files and meet folks to talk about their building needs. Sagar is a decent place to work out of, and being in the New Colony feels like being part of how the town is growing. We keep busy with local work. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking over site documents. It is straightforward work, really. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks we have for the week. If someone needs to find us, they just head toward Champabhag and look for the greenery.
