People usually find us because we’re right on the ground floor at G12 in the Narsingi area. If you’re driving down Osman Sagar Main Road, you’ve probably passed the building a dozen times without thinking much of it. We started this clinic because there was a need for something right here in Gandipet. It isn't a massive corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we keep the floors clean and the chairs reasonably comfortable for whoever walks in. Most mornings start with unlocking the front glass doors and checking if the water cooler is filled up. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know the shortcut routes to avoid the worst of the Gandipet traffic. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded when everyone arrives at once, but we try to keep things moving. We don’t have fancy art on the walls or a grand lobby. It’s mostly just white walls and the sound of the air conditioner humming in the background. The paperwork piles up on the desk like it does everywhere else, and we spend a fair bit of time just making sure the files are in the right folders. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside and away from the noise of the main road. We’ve been here a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s just how things are around here.
