Sandeep Steel And Aluminum Industries is located at House No. 28 in Moti Nagar. You can find us right on Sagar Road, quite close to the Vandana Hotel. It’s a busy area and the shop is usually full of metal pieces and various tools. We have been working with steel and aluminum here for quite some time. The building isn't much to look at, just a regular house that we converted into a workspace. Inside, it is often noisy because of the cutting and grinding we do all day long. My brother and I run the place mostly by ourselves. We don't have a big sign or any fancy lights outside. Most people find us because they live nearby or they were staying at the hotel and saw us working. Sagar Road gets very dusty in the afternoons, so we keep the front shutters half-closed sometimes. We spend a lot of our time measuring and cutting metal to the sizes people ask for. It is manual work and our clothes are always stained with grease and metal dust. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep our bills, but we are usually on our feet. Sometimes we run out of aluminum and have to wait for the truck to come from the main city. We don't really have a big plan for the future, we just take the work as it comes in. It’s a basic shop for basic needs.
