Our place is over in Poddar Colony on Tili Road in Sagar. It’s where we handle all our home building and development work. Since we’re right in the colony, we’re always around the projects we’re actually working on. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been part of the Sagar community for a while now. We don't have a fancy headquarters in a skyscraper. It's just a regular office where we meet with people and talk about their housing needs. Most of our days are spent checking on construction progress or talking to the guys on the ground. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. We just try to build houses that people can actually live in without a lot of fuss. The colony is a quiet enough spot, which helps when we need to focus on planning. We see the same faces every day, and that’s how we like it. Building a home is a big deal for anyone, so we try to be realistic about how long things take. Sometimes there are delays with weather or materials, and we just tell people the truth. We aren't trying to be the biggest builder in Madhya Pradesh. We just want to do a good job right here on Tili Road. If you’re walking through the colony, you’ll probably see our small sign out front. Just stop by if the door is open.
