You can find us at Shankar Niwas in Sagar, which is where Anurag Khatik runs things. Our office is right beside Uphar Jewellers and very close to Nat Babba ki Gali. It’s a busy spot in the Chakraghat area near the Kotwali. There’s a lot going on in Landmark City, so it’s a good place for a realty and buildcon business. We handle a lot of different things related to property and construction around Sagar. It’s a local LLP, so we don’t have some big headquarters in a different city. We are right here where the work is. The office is usually full of people coming in to ask about plots or how their building is coming along. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside Jain Electric, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have a polished way of speaking or any corporate slogans. We just talk to folks like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. We’ve been part of this community for quite some time now. Dealing with property can be complicated with all the paperwork, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary for the town to keep growing. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and get the construction done.
