Greenblocks India Gardening Private

Greenblocks India Gardening Private has a shop, number 101A, on the first floor of Sagar High Street. It is right in the Village Damkheda area, which is starting to get more built up lately. Since we are on the first floor, we have to carry a lot of gardening supplies up and down the stairs, which keeps us fit, I suppose. We deal with everything you might need to get a garden going, like blocks for building beds or soil mixes. It is a bit of a mess in the shop sometimes because bags of dirt have a way of leaking. We don't mind it much, as gardening is a messy business anyway. People from the village and the new developments come in to ask for advice on what will grow best in this soil. We try to give them honest answers based on what we’ve seen work. It is not a polished retail store with bright lights. It is more of a place where you can come and get your hands a little dirty while picking out your supplies. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the plants we keep on the balcony are staying watered in the heat. It is just a small local shop trying to help people grow a few things of their own. We are usually here all day, just keeping things moving and helping out the locals with their projects.
