You can find us at Sagar Mansion, which is over on Garstin Place. We are up on the fifth floor in Flat 10A2. It’s an interesting part of the city to be in, though finding parking around here can be a real nightmare some days. GGL Estates Private Limited is basically what it says on the door. We deal with property and estate matters around here. It is a lot of talking to people, checking out different sites, and making sure the documents are all in order. The office gets a bit cramped when we have everyone in at once, especially with all the maps and files we keep around. We aren't the type to have a lot of flashy stuff in the office. It’s just a place to sit down and figure out the next steps for whatever project we are handling. Most of us have been in the real estate business for a while, so we’ve seen the market go up and down plenty of times. We just try to keep a level head about things. Working in an older building like Sagar Mansion has its own set of quirks, like the elevator being a bit slow or the hallways being a bit dim. But it works for us. We spend most of our time either on the phone or out meeting people who are looking for space. It’s steady work and keeps us busy.
