If you head down to Chawri Bazar, you’ll find us at 3011/6 in Bhagwan Ganj. We are on the first floor on Bahadur Garh Road. It’s an old part of the city, and it gets really crowded with all the rickshaws and people moving about. Ashok Kapoor & Co has been around for a while in this neighborhood. The stairs up to our office are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you come to visit. We spend most of our time dealing with clients and handling the various bits of business that come through the door. It’s a lot of paper and talking on the phone. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we can focus on what needs to get done. Chawri Bazar is a noisy place, but once you’re inside the office, it gets a little quieter. We’ve got our routine down, and everyone knows their job. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, especially during the busier months of the year. We just try to be straightforward with everyone who walks in. It’s a family-style atmosphere here, nothing too stiff or formal. We know the neighbors and the local tea sellers who bring us snacks in the afternoon. It’s just a regular office in a very busy part of town, doing what we know how to do every day.
