Our place, Asd Foods, is located in Tilak Nagar, specifically on Sagar Road. We are right near the Bharat Petrol Pump, so we usually tell people to look for that if they get lost. Being near the pump is actually quite handy because everyone knows where it is. We started out with just a couple of us in a small room, and now we use the whole space here. It’s not a corporate office or anything, just a place where we handle our food business. The road outside can get quite dusty, especially with all the cars going towards Sagar. We spend our mornings sorting through things and the afternoons are usually for packing. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't have fancy machines doing everything for us. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment comes in, but we figure it out eventually. Living and working in Tilak Nagar has its own rhythm. You get to know the other shop owners and the people who live nearby. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make sure the food products we handle are okay and that the orders go out on time. It's a simple life. We have our coffee together in the morning and then we start the work. That’s how it’s been for as long as I can remember. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks.
