Sandhu Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at Khewat No. 200, specifically Killa No. 23 and Khasra No. 7. We are in the P.O. Sadhaura area, which falls under Tehsil Billaspur. It’s a very specific spot on the map, but if you live around here, you probably know the fields we’re talking about. We are a group of farmers who decided it was time to pool our resources. Instead of everyone struggling with their own small bits of land and trying to sell on their own, we work as one unit now. Our office is basically just a room near the fields where we can keep our receipts and have a place to sit when the sun is too hot. It’s a very local operation. Most of us have known each other since we were kids, so there isn't much formality. We talk about the crops, the water, and how to get things to the market in Billaspur. It’s not a high-tech business. We use what we have and we work hard. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we help each other out with it. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just want to make sure our farms stay productive and that we can keep living here in Sadhaura. It’s a practical way of life, and this company is just another tool for us to keep going. We don't have meetings in hotels or anything like that. We just stand by the road or sit in the shade and talk.
