Vidhyanagri

Our school sits right on the Motipura Bay Pass Road here in Himatnagar. It’s a spot that parents can find easily. The bypass gets a lot of traffic, especially big trucks going through to the next town. The main gate stays closed during the day. In the grounds, we have several buildings. Some are newer than the others. The paint is a bit faded in a few spots, but we try to keep the walls neat. There’s a lot of open ground around the buildings. The kids like to run around there when the weather isn't too hot. In the summer months, the ground gets very dry and dusty. We have a few water coolers in the hallways that stay very busy during the afternoon breaks. Teachers here are mostly from the local Himatnagar area. They know the families around here quite well. Sometimes we see the same families for many years as the younger brothers and sisters come in. It feels like a small community of people we know. We don't have any big flashy advertisements on the road. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or relatives. That’s how things usually work in this part of town. We focus on the textbooks and the yearly exams. It’s a practical place. We don't spend money on things we don't need, just the basics for students to learn. We just keep going like this every day. It is what it is.
