Umiya Tours & Travels

We set up Umiya Tours & Travels in the Rajpriya Complex. It’s right by Sahakari Jeen in Himatnagar. You can’t miss it if you’re near the Jeen. We’ve been operating out of this spot for years now. The office is small and filled with old ledgers and some maps on the wall. We mostly help people get around the state. Sometimes it’s a family wanting a car for a wedding, other times it’s just someone needing a bus ticket to the city. A marketing team or anything like that isn't part of our business. We just put our name on the door and started working. My brother and I take turns at the desk. If the phone rings late at night, one of us usually picks it up because travel doesn't always happen during office hours. We've seen a lot of changes in Himatnagar over the years, but people still need a reliable way to travel. Sometimes the cars need repairs or a driver calls in sick, and we have to scramble to find a replacement. It's just the way it goes in this business. We don't promise anything fancy, just a seat or a car that gets you where you need to be. People seem to appreciate that we’re just around the corner if they need anything. Keeping the prices fair and the schedules as accurate as possible for everyone is how we stay in business.
