Being in an industrial zone means it’s always a bit dusty and noisy around here, with trucks and machinery going all day long. Our unit is where we sort through the minerals and get them ready for shipping out. It is a very hands-on job, and we don't mind getting our hands dirty to make sure everything is sorted correctly. The office is tucked into one corner of the warehouse, and it’s usually filled with the sound of the workers outside. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the industrial area grow around us. We deal with exports, so there is always a lot of talk about shipping dates and transport schedules. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do well. We don’t put on any airs; we just focus on the quality of the minerals we are handling. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse is a bit much, but we just keep at it. People know us for being straightforward and not wasting their time. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of people, just a dedicated team working out of G-137. It gets pretty loud when the heavy machinery is running nearby, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It’s a busy place and we prefer to let our work speak for itself. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around, but we do make sure we have a quick break for lunch together in the office.
