Real Plast

Real Plast is located out in Tajpur, near Prantij. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here to Survey No. 186, especially if you’re coming from the city. The area is more rural, surrounded by fields and a few other industrial sheds. We’ve been at this spot for a good while, and the air is a bit different than what you get in the middle of Ahmedabad. Inside the building, it’s mostly the sound of the machines running and the smell of materials being processed. We don't have a fancy office; it’s just a small room partitioned off from the main floor where we keep the records. Most of our time is spent out where the work actually happens. We deal with plastics, so there’s always something being molded or moved around. It gets quite dusty, and the floors are never as clean as we’d like them to be, but that’s just how a factory is. We have a few local workers from the Sabarkantha district who have been with us for years. We eat lunch together sometimes near the entrance where it's a bit cooler. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. If someone needs something, they usually just call us up or stop by the gate. The road to the factory can be a bit bumpy after the rains, but we manage to get our deliveries out. It’s a quiet life out here in Tajpur, focusing on one thing at a time.
