Hi-Tesh Engineering Works has its spot at 501 /B in the 3rd Phase of the GIDC, right near the Marketing Yard. It's an area that's always moving with trucks and supplies coming in and out. Daylight hours are mostly spent here working on different engineering projects. Measuring, cutting, and welding take up a lot of our time. Even though the shop isn't the biggest, we make the most of the space we have. For a long while now, we've been part of this industrial community. Dealing with lathes and drills is second nature to the guys here. You don't stay clean in this job, but the mess doesn't bother us. Focusing on the task at hand is what matters most. Some jobs are simple while others take a few days to figure out how to do it. No one here really does marketing or anything like that. People mostly find out about us because we're located right near the yard. Having everything close by makes the GIDC a good place for this kind of work. The doors stay open and the machines keep humming along in a steady rhythm. Keeping things honest and doing what needs doing is our main goal. Local people who live nearby run the operation and understand the trade. We just keep moving forward, handling one project after another without making much fuss. That is just how we work. It’s been this way for a long time and we’re happy to keep it going.
