Harsha Construction

Harsha Construction is located right here in Modasa. Our office is in Assiyana Society, building 2B, which is on the road heading toward Duggarwada. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, though we usually have a lot of dust on our boots from being out at different sites in Sabarkantha. We aren't the kind of people who sit behind desks all day wearing suits. Most of the time, we are checking on materials or looking at how a wall is going up. The office in the society is where we keep the blueprints and the heavy tools when they aren't being used. It’s a practical space. We’ve got a couple of old wooden tables and some plastic chairs for when we need to talk things through. Modasa is a small place, so word gets around by itself. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s more about whether the trucks arrived on time and if the cement is sitting right. Sometimes the weather in Gujarat gets so hot that we have to stop work in the middle of the afternoon and just wait it out under some shade. We handle all sorts of small jobs and some bigger ones too around the district. It’s hard work and it’s usually quite messy, but that is just the nature of construction.
