If you’re looking for Desh Travels, we’re in the Dwarkesh Complex in Himatnagar. It’s right across from the Motipura Bus Stop. That makes it very convenient for people who are already at the station but need something specific or a different kind of ticket. We’ve been at this location for quite a while now. The office is basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We don't go in for big advertisements or flashy signs. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We handle a lot of the bookings for people heading out of town. Since we're right by the bus stop, it gets very busy and noisy, especially in the mornings. All of us are used to the hustle and bustle. Sometimes we have to run across the street to check on something at the station for a customer. It’s a small team here, so we all do a bit of everything. A fancy mission statement isn't something we have. We just open the doors every morning and help whoever walks in. Sometimes we have to tell people a bus is full, and we try to find them another way. It’s not always easy work, especially when the roads are bad or the weather is rough, but we’ve been doing it a long time. We plan to keep the office running as long as folks need tickets to get home.
