Concept Visa Consultancy is located up on the third floor, room 303, in the Amarshinhji Shopping Mall. If you know Tower Road in Himatnagar, you know exactly where we are. It’s a good spot in the Nava Bazar area. We spend most of our days looking at papers and forms because that is what visa work is. It’s a lot of details to get right, so we sit here and check things over and over. It isn't very exciting, but it is important for anyone trying to go abroad. People come in with a lot of questions about different countries and what documents they need to prepare. We try to give them straight answers based on what we know from our experience. The office is usually full of folders and maps. We have been here for a while, so we have seen the mall change quite a bit over the years. Navigation through the paperwork can be a real headache for most people, so they come to us to handle the messy parts. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a few of us here making sure the applications are filled out properly. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the shops downstairs in Nava Bazar. We just stay focused on the files and talk to the people who walk through the door needing a bit of help with their travel plans and documentation. It is just regular work that we do every day.
