We've been here at Plot 30 and 31 in the Ganeshpura GIDC for a while now. It's a busy spot in Modasa. Bhagyalaxmi Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is just a regular food production unit. We handle daily operations right here in the Sabarkantha district. It gets dusty sometimes being in an industrial area, but we like it. The team shows up every morning to get things done. We don't have fancy offices or anything like that. Just the equipment and the work floor. Dealing with food means staying busy. There's always a truck coming or going. People in Ganeshpura know where we are. We've seen the area grow over the years. Some of us live close by in Tehsil Modasa, so the commute isn't bad at all. It’s just a straightforward business. We focus on making what we need to make and getting it out the door. No big speeches or complicated plans. If you're driving through the GIDC, you'll see our signs. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s a local operation, and we’re proud of being part of this community. Sometimes the power goes out, but we manage. That's just how it is out here. We just try to keep things moving. It's not a big corporate setup. Just us. We have our routines and we stick to them. It’s a lot of manual work and checking bags. We don't use big words to describe it. It's just food products. We’ve been part of this landscape for a long time.
