Anjali Hospital

Anjali Hospital sits right on the Main Road in Ranasan which is part of the Talod area. It’s easy to find because it’s a big landmark on this stretch. The building itself is sturdy and has seen plenty of seasons. We have a small porch area where people sometimes stand to get out of the sun. Inside it feels like a typical local hospital. The corridors are long and have that distinct smell of cleaning supplies and medicine. I usually sit near the front to help people figure out where they need to go. We have a lot of farmers and local workers coming in from the surrounding villages. The floors are easy to clean which is good because people bring in a lot of dust from the road. Our clock on the wall is five minutes fast but we never bothered to fix it. It makes everyone feel like they are early for their appointments. The staff here has been together for a long time so we all know each other's habits. We drink a lot of tea in the breakroom when there is a quiet moment. There isn't any fancy art on the walls just some posters about health and a few calendars from local businesses. It is a very straightforward place. We don't try to be anything other than a reliable spot for the people living in Ranasan. Every day is a bit different but the Main Road is always busy outside.
