VASHISHT BUILDCON LLP

Our office is in the GIDC Motipura area, specifically at number 82. We are located right by Mahalaxmi Mosaic Tiles. Being in a GIDC area means we are surrounded by other industries and workshops, so it’s always a bit noisy and busy around here. We work as a buildcon LLP, focusing on construction and development projects. It’s a gritty kind of job. We spend a lot of time in the sun at various sites and then come back to the office to handle the billing and the planning. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We just talk to people plainly about what they need and how we can get it built. The office is very functional. There are a lot of boots near the door and a lot of dust on the desks. That’s just part of being in the building trade. We like being in Motipura because it’s easy to get materials delivered and we are close to our workers. It’s a no-nonsense way of doing business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It’s honest, hard work and we’ve been doing it for a while now. Every day brings a new problem to solve, and we just get on with it. It’s a decent way to make a living and we take pride in it.
