Mahasagar Bio-Sciences is based in Idar, specifically at Suryoday Bunglows. If you’ve ever been to this part of Sabar Kantha, you know how beautiful the hills are around here. We operate out of a bungalow which makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. Idar is a small town, so everyone kind of knows everyone else’s business. We focus on bio-sciences, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just our daily job. We spend a lot of time talking to people in the village and the surrounding Tehsil. The pace of life here is a bit slower than in the big cities like Ahmedabad, and we like it that way. You won’t find any polished sales pitches here. We just tell people what we do and how we can help. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is decent and discuss our plans for the next season. The roads in Idar can be a bit bumpy, and sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage just fine. We have a small team of local folks who help out with everything from the technical work to the basic cleaning. It’s a community effort more than anything else. We’ve been at this address for a while and have become a part of the local scenery. It’s just us, working away in Sabar Kantha, doing what we know best without any fancy corporate talk.
