21 Hectares Agrotech Private Limited is located at 22 Suryoday Bunglows in Mahaviragar, Himmatnagar. This is where we base all our agrotech operations. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. We’ve got our desks and equipment set up in a way that lets us handle the technical side of farming without a lot of noise. Himmatnagar is a good place for this kind of business because we are close enough to the actual fields to know what’s happening on the ground. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy furniture. Most of our resources go into the actual technology and tools we use for the agrotech side of the business. It’s just a small team of us here. We drink a lot of coffee and spend hours looking at data or talking to suppliers. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we usually sort it out. We don’t use any complicated mission statements or anything like that. We just want the tech to work for the people using it. Living and working in the same general area means we don't have a long commute, which is nice. We are just regular people in a bungalow trying to make sense of modern farming. It’s practical, it’s homey, and it keeps us busy.
