Siddhi Traders

Siddhi Traders is down in Sali Village, over in the Morena District. We are right by the Ram Mandir Choraha, which is very close to the Ram Mandir itself. You can usually hear the bells from the temple throughout the day. Our shop is small and filled with bags and boxes. It can be a little cramped inside when more than two people are standing there. We handle a lot of local supplies that people need for their daily work. My father started this place, and I've been running it for the last few years. We don't have a computer system, so everything is written down in large ledger books. The ink smudges sometimes, but we can still read it. The floor is made of concrete and we sweep it every morning before we open. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the door wide open. People stop by to grab what they need and usually stay for a quick chat about the weather or the crops. We don't have any fancy signs or advertisements. Just a board with the name painted on it. It’s a simple life here in the village. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and help out our neighbors when they need something specific. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way. Most folks know us by now and stop in often.
