Our office is located on the second floor of Scf 29 in Zail Singh Nagar. It’s a quiet enough place once you get inside and away from the street noise. We spend most of our time dealing with papers, shipments, and phone calls. It’s not a big team, just a few of us sitting at desks making sure things move from one place to another. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep, but we are used to them. We handle a lot of logistics and overseas trade stuff, which means a lot of checking lists and tracking numbers. Sometimes the internet is slow, and that holds us up, but we manage. We don’t have a big sign out front, so people usually have to look for the building number. Most of what we do is behind the scenes. We aren't really a walk-in kind of place where you buy things off a shelf. It’s more about the back-and-forth communication with suppliers and agents. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The windows look out over the local area, which is nice when we take a small break. It's just a standard office setup where we try to keep things organized. We focus on the work at hand without much fuss or any fancy presentations. We stay busy with the files and the computer screens every day from morning until late afternoon.
